what's that gorgeous black bass John plays   John: "it's a 1975 American Fender Jazz.    I also take my 1976 Musicman Stingray with me as backup...it's the one I used back in the 70s and 80s 

and what amp / speakers does John use ?   John:  a 300W Ampeg into a 8/10 speaker cab.

what strings does Mick use on the Telecaster ?   Mick: "Elixiar"  Gauge 10 thru 46

where can I get lyrics ?   Mick:  "it's best to go the publishers - and it's about time they earned their money anyway"  

What got Mick into music   Mick: "I was in hospital as a kid and in the next bed was a Ted who told me all about Skiffle and R&R"

(asked many times)  Can I speak to the guys after the gig ?     Ray: give them a few minutes to themselves but normally they're pleased to press the flesh of their adoring fans

(again asked many times) will they sign my CD ?  Ray: Yes -  but not if it's a bootleg !!   Can you blame them...bit of cheek if they didn't earn from it in the first place !
